A few answers about the heppy closed beta, local processing and the steps ahead.
01Can I download heppy now?
Not yet. The closed beta is being prepared. Signup and downloads will open when the Windows and Mac builds are close to ready.
02Does heppy send my voice to the cloud?
No. Voice and language processing is designed to run on your computer. Setup downloads, update checks and feedback you choose to send use the internet.
03Can heppy click something without asking?
No. A click or typed action waits for your confirmation. Access is also set separately for each app.
04What can optional feedback include?
A report can include your message and relevant transcripts shown to you before sending. Screen context is optional. Audio and screenshots are not sent.
05Which computers are supported?
Windows and Mac are planned for the beta. A suitable graphics processor or Apple Silicon is recommended; CPU-only processing can be slower.
06Which languages are planned?
English, Dutch, Spanish, German and French are planned for heppy. Availability depends on the feature and its release stage.
07How much will heppy cost?
The beta is planned to be free. The expected full-release price is €4.99 per month or €44.99 per year. Beta testers are planned to pay €19.99 for their first year.
08Is heppy coming to Android?
Possibly, after the Windows and Mac full release. There is no date yet.
